I'm Busy

This entry is rolling out late. Not that anyone will be able to tell because I'm rolling the clock back on it. Mmmm, dishonesty~
This is fairly typical fare, I think. Twat fancies herself a real writer/actress/whatever.
Also: CONTENT NOT SUITABLE FOR MINORS.
Have you ever met anyone famous?

When I saw this writer's block I said "ha, ha, no," and wondered what Victorgreywolf had to say about this because as we all know he hates famous people.
But judging by what most people posted I have met famous people because "not famous" somehow counts as famous on Livejournal.
I met C.P. Gause.
HIERARCH OF PUSSY SENSITIVITY?
HE WROTE A TON OF BOOKS, PEOPLE.
I ARGUED WITH THE MAN.
THE HIERARCH OF PUSSY SENSITIVITY.
No he's not famous. I'm just kidding.
Well, unless you're an educator in which case you've had to kneel at the altar of pussy sensitivity in which case you'll be passingly to very familiar with the work he has wrought.
I have met some famous people, but technically most of them are voice actors and the list is long, so here are the entries in full detail:

I was about to make fun of you but I'd much rather say I've met Brain Dobson, voice of all Space Marines in the juego than C.P. Gause. That's a story I might have posted here of my own volition, even.
Oh no, holy shit. I did meet a famous person, once. He was some comedian whose name I've forgotten who is now on Saturday Night Live. He was doing a show at my college and I dropped by to heckle him. This was before he was famous.
Ah, memories~
Also today was very fulfilling school-wise - it was the last day of classes for my Expository Writing and Psychology classes, so it was both very relieving a swell as bittersweet, as these classes were pretty cool as much as they were challenging, and I got my Psychopathology paper on Black Swan and my latest test back and it turns out that I aced them both, passing with flying colors :D

Also, I have a meme to accomplish, so let's get right to it -

A meme to accomplish.
More like more of my time to waste.

I wanted to be:

A writer, a journalist, or an actress -

That's what everyone wants to be. Pick something really cool like a space marine or a vampire hunter.

I even managed to write more drabbles and poetry, so I'll post those later when I have the time - right now, I have work on the mind, with managing a balancing act with classes and studying to the bone until I escape the college and will be free for the holidays.

Drabbles and poetry.
Know what I'm glad I'm not reading right now?
That crap she just wrote.
Speaking of escaping for the holidays I've been filling out a ton of job applications. Know what the secret is? The same secret as everything: don't give a single fuck. The two places I gave the least fuck about on the application are the two to call back. Isn't that the way?

Our novel Stranger has five viewpoint characters; one, Yuki Nakamura, is
gay and has a boyfriend. Yuki's romance, like the heterosexual ones in
the novel, involves nothing more explicit than kissing.

Yuki Nakamura, serious?
Yuki is a girl's name anyway.
I know it's technically unisex but it's unisex in the same way Ashley is.
It means snow.
No man is named after snow.
An agent from a major agency, one which represents a bestselling YA novel in the same genre as ours, called us.

The agent offered to sign us on the condition that we make the gay
character straight, or else remove his viewpoint and all references to
his sexual orientation.

He's in the business of selling books.
Conservative parents won't let their children read a book that has the gayness in it.
Personally I wouldn't let you sell it until you changed the named Yuki Nakamura to something 100% less weeaboo but that's just me.
This isn't about that specific agent; we'd gotten other rewrite requests before this one. Previous agents had also offered to take a second look if we did rewrites… including cutting the viewpoint of Yuki, the gay character.

It's time to stand up and demand change. Spread the word everywhere if you are just as angry and outraged by this.

I'm not outraged. This book sounds like garbage and this is a great way to ensure it will never see print.
Both last night and earlier have been both very emotionally taxing and very vent-worthy enough to even begin to go through today with a neutral disposition. I had to write something that involved a peak emotion, something recalling when I was the saddest in my life, and I typed all that I could about my mother's life, her vivacious personality, how she met Dad, her sophistication, going into her descent into the illness, Dad's passing, moving to another state, starting college, and Mom's passing.

I always hated assignments like that.
I mean goddamn. I know what I'm doing, just let me write shit that isn't shit and you sit the fuck back and let me do it. If you were so good at this you wouldn't be teaching in a high school.
Plebeian.
I felt like I had to write it out and it was both cathartic and difficult to write and type out; I even felt a lump in my throat as I described Mom's angry self and how she hated me at times, and when she was her old self, she loved me and Maddie very much. When I finished the paper, I showed it to Maddie, and within minutes, she started tearing up, and I felt really awful. She told me that she needed that, because of all the stress that had piled up with school, and I guess it helped me too.

Getting emotional while writing is generally a really bad idea. You should be detached and impartial. Which is why this entire assignment is bullshit. Also did your assignment read like your blog? That is, like you're typing too many fucking words?

The real thing that had me almost in tears today was this - there was some sad news regarding one of my absolute favorite voice actors Dan Green (the voice of Yugi Moto/Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh!) and his spouse. His wife Michal Friedman passed away from an emergency c-section after delivering giving birth to two beautiful twins just this past Friday.

So we went from a (in theory) heart wrenching story about the death of both of your parents to the a guy's wife who you've never met dying.
Also good Christ, women still die in childbirth? What year is this?
I mean I know it happens but I feel this is a good time to say we are entirely primitive when it comes to medicine still. I am very disappointed in all of you right now.
We can at least be compassionate in this difficult time, not judgmental, insensitive, or spiteful, and at least reach out to help them out.

Here is a website to help the Snyder Twins to provide what they need in their lives here on Earth:

Compassionate and not judgmental, insensitive or spiteful.
A state of mind utterly alien to me.

In college, and especially during the month of finals, everything comes piling up and leaving you with little time to space and plan things out, and sleepless nights are indeed returning, with deadlines coming and crashing about on such short notice.

Yes, I remember that feeling.
"Oh hey, I have a final tomorrow. Maybe I should study-- nah, I'll just give my notes the ol' once over right before the test."
And I graduated with honors.
The end~

On top of that, having a chronic pain in my lower abdomen because of that stress does not make things any better or any less stressful. It has been going on and off all day today and it's only when I sleep is when it leaves me alone.

That happened to me once during a final. GONNA SHIT MYSELF IN THE MIDDLE OF A FINAL TIME TO IMPROVISE and so I did. Answers have to be half the length I was aiming for. Minimalism comes into play and pack as many buzz words into a sentence as possible. It doesn't make grammatical sense? Whatever, as long as those buzz words are loud and proud.
A+.
Here's a post on how to avoid getting raped.

1] If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask them a question, like what time is it,

Time for you to get a watch.
I understand women have a lot to worry about from this but when you're doing this shit to me when I'm clearly just walking to my car and you're a solid 100 feet away and we're walking away from each other and I'm glaring at my iPod you might be a little paranoid.
Not that I blame you, though. A suspicious mind is a healthy mind.

or make general small talk: can’t believe it is so cold out here, we’re in for a bad winter. Now that you’ve seen their faces and could identify them in a line- up, you lose appeal as a target.

You'll forgive me for not talking to you because I don't want to know you and putting your nonexistent (in this case) fears of rape to bed aren't really my concern.

2] If someone is coming toward you, hold out your hands in front of you and yell Stop or Stay back! Most of the rapists this man talked to said they’d leave a woman alone if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back. Again, they are looking for an EASY target.

Lady, you're standing in front of my car. Move.
I swear to Christ that happened. She stopped dead in her tracks in front of my car and just stared at me. Who are you?
I even pointed behind her and said "that's my car."
She sure looked embarrassed.
WHAT POWER I WIELD OVER PEOPLE. MY MERE PRESENCE STRIKES PRIMAL TERROR DEEP IN THE PSYCHE.
That university was completely ridiculous with that shit, though.

4] If someone grabs you, you can’t beat them with strength but you can do it by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and armpit or in the upper inner thigh - HARD.

Bad idea. If someone grabs you, just stop thinking. Your instincts will generally direct you to the most brutal thing you can manage at the time and in your given situation.
And if you're a complete bleeding heart with the survival instincts of a Care Bear when in doubt go for the eyes and the groin.
One woman in a class this guy taught told him she used the underarm pinch on a guy who was trying to date rape her and was so upset she broke through the skin and tore out muscle strands the guy needed stitches. Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it; it really hurts.

I appreciate your female self defense classes but meanwhile your panties are down around your ankles. Keep it simple. Go for the face.

5] After the initial hit, always go for the groin.

Yes, finally. Sense. Actually, no. After the initial hit you should be free of him, in which case you run away. This isn't Street Fighter, honey. You're not here to score a double perfect 10k bonus.
Let your first attack be so brutal you need fear no reprisal.

6] When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing down on them as possible.

Bad idea. The natural instinct is to pull the hand towards you, and you're so scared you'll ragdoll into his grasp. If he holds his hand up to you, claw his eyes out.
The instructor did it to me without using much pressure, and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked audibly.

You just said this instructor was a man. He's probably a meathead with real combat experience. He is not in any danger of being raped so the techniques he's developed won't work.
My techniques are simple and most importantly you can remember them in a panic situation.
And they require 0 training.
I should make a DVD.
Not that I'm in any real danger of being raped either but I'm a Space Marine so I know all about senseless brutality.
7] Of course the things we always hear still apply. Always be aware of your surroundings, take someone with you if you can and if you see any odd behavior, don’t dismiss it, go with your instincts. You may feel little silly at the time, but you’d feel much worse if the guy really was trouble.

You'll be in trouble if you're behind my car still when I start to pull out.
I have 15 minutes to get out of this parking garage and I will not broker you sperging out on me.
I know you are smart enough to know these pointers but there will be some, where you will go hmm I must remember that. After reading, forward it to someone you care about, never hurts to be careful in this crazy world we live in.

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do it.

...
Define "strongest" because I can tell you learning how to elbow someone takes loads of time and the problem with most rapists is they're not there to fight fair so they'll likely jump you or get you in an enclosed area.
I cannot overemphasize how important it is that your first attack is also your last attack. You probably have less than a second to do whatever it is you're going to do so you better go for some Space Marine finishing move shit on him.
You know, where you grab him and step on his head so hard it explodes.
But you're a little woman and most men are larger than you so that's not really an option. So you claw his eyes out.
Seriously, a rapist won't be guarding his face.
7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!

Oh good, so I only have a 25% chance of fucking dying.
This is why every human should be armed. We're all equal now.
Also did you make this statistic up? Because I've never even heard anything like this before.

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed.

This is seriously the most awesome thing I've ever read in a blog.
Don't be sympathetic. It'll get you raped or killed.
I agree 100%. Sympathy is for victims.

If you have a heart or compassion, please share this post.

But you just said my sympathy will get me raped. Or killed.
So the safest thing to do is to never share this with anyone.
Also she missed the most obvious advice with is most rape is date rape so if you were out in a public situation you shouldn't leave your drink unattended.
I feel like we've discussed women's issues a lot this entry. We discussed dying in childbirth and rape. Come to think of it, I skipped over a blog that was talking about periods and tampons.
Does anything good ever happen to women?
Here's another entry on rape.
Are you serious?
Here's a post entitled "you're better off this way" and I'm guessing it's about rape too--
No it's not, okay. Good.
Man, this ended on a somber note.
Let's keep this cheery:
50 culinarian.
Just because she victimized the elemental god of hellfire doesn't mean she can't be domestic.
There's someone who can't be a victim, speaking of. Too busy making victims to be one herself.
Really, an example to which we should all aspire.
I'm very excited for the new job system patch after next, speaking of. Not because it ruins the feel of thaumaturge (I'm very angry about this) but because the ultimate monk ability is a punch so hard it lights people on fire.
That's what you ladies need. Instead of getting dicks caught in your vaginas you need to learn how to punch people so hard they light on fire.
In fact, if one of you figures that out there will never be another rape because holy shit, what if that's the one who can punch people so hard they combust?
Well, now that I've solved all women's issues there are I'm going to bed.

Oh Man

This blog is shit but I don't even care because for once in about 3 months I don't have to agree I'm 14 or older to read. I guess I had forgotten how awesomely annoying that is but it is nice to be treated like a human being for once.
Of course that said why you'd want to read this ghastly abomination begging for the release of death I have no idea but I've long since given up trying to explain this crap.
Don't let the purple background fool you (or the endless whining) I'm pretty sure this is a man.
I'm not sure why I think that, come to think of it.
... Let's find out, then.
Which comic book character would you like to see on the silver screen? Who would you cast to play the role?

Why all the comic book questions lately?
Oh well. Let me see if I can pull some more obscure comic book heroes from my ass like last time:
Hawk and Dove
Booster Gold
Blue Beetle
Green Arrow
I'm out.

I would love to see Nightwing or Booster Gold on the silver screen.

Oh Nightwing. Good one.
Hadn't thought of that one.
Oh I thought of three more:
Atom Man
The Shining Knight
Red Tornado
Seriously please help me I don't know how I know all this.
I also seem to recall that Nightwing was kind of the Kryptonian answer to Batman.
So he was supposed to be a mix of Superman and Batman which actually sounds like a really bad idea to me.

As for who should be cast as them, I am too unfamiliar with actors to even suggest one.

Booster Gold should definitely be played by a gay porn actor.

I'm selling doujinshi over at my sales journal, here.

Fandoms are as follows: Prince of Tennis, D.Gray-man, Tales of the Abyss, and Gundam Wing.

This is actually where my knowledge of all things begins to fall apart.
I know a doujinshi is a fan comic (which they sell. Somehow. Apparently copyright laws don't exist in Japan) and I was always under the impression they were pornographic in nature but maybe they aren't.
Quite why you'd admit to owning one if they are pornographic I don't know but if there's one thing I've learned it's that people have no shame.
What's the point? Why am I even trying?

The whole job thing's probably not going to work out even if I want it to. My dad clearly doesn't approve of my attempt to get said job, too. Mom just smiles and nods when I talk about trying to get that job, but that really doesn't mean much anymore. She rarely actually pays attention to what I say these days. I just feel like a freeloader when I'm at home.

Isn't it grand?
I put in over fifty job apps last summer, and I didn't receive a single callback. This is the first job offer I've ever had. It's the first time anyone's ever come up to me and asked, "Have you ever considered getting a job here? I need an assistant. You should submit a resume." I just want to help. Is that so bad?

I'm not even going to do the "what are you talking about?" thing. Start explaining yourself when you want to.
I mean I guess the implication is his (?) family is having financial troubles so he wants to help by getting a job but whenever I guess the sensible thing based on evidence presented I'm always dead wrong so I'm completely withholding my guess.

The "get straight As" thing is not going to work out, either, but not because of biology class; it's not going to work out because of my writing class. My writing class. I don't understand why I keep getting such horrible grades on my papers. All I can think of is that it's the assistant grading them, rather than the teacher who seemingly loves my writing style.

Oh yes it must be the assistant's fault and not that you suck at writing.

I just--I'm so upset about this because I have scholarships that fucking depend on straight As. They aren't worth much, but I do like receiving them. Every little bit of funding helps.

Try explaining that to them. I've seen Bs turn into As magically.

I feel sick because of my antibiotics--or maybe because of the three other new medicines they put me on when I went to the doctor earlier this week.

Did I tell you I've been leveling conjurer lately in FFXIV?
What a miserable job that is, Jesus Christ.
You'd think shooting lightning out of your hands like the fucking Emperor from Star Wars would be slightly more effective than punching things in the face but you'd also be dead fucking wrong.
I know Edie is only rank 17 conjurer and 47 pugilist so it's unfair to compare two radically different things but I'm pretty sure rank 17 pugilist is more efficient than rank 17 conjurer.
Fuck I might bet on rank 12 pugilist before rank 17 conjurer.

God, I don't even care. I'm just so tired all the time. I'm not happy unless I see Sarah or Lisa because they're really the only ones I ever see anymore, and they don't even live around here. I want to visit people, but I don't have the gas money. Hell, I'll probably shut my new cell phone off near the end of May just because I really can't afford it if I don't get a job soon.

I mean what do you have to do to damage shit as conjurer?
Cast a spell, wait until it casts, run the risk of it being resisted, rinse and repeat?
And I know you can miss as a melee, I mean, I'm not stupid-- but in the time you cast thunder (yeah the lightning spell is called thunder even though thunder is the sound) and have it resisted you can punch upwards of four times, each of which contain two to three punches, so even if three miss you've still hit nine times.
And the incredible thing is I know several madmen who have conjurer at rank 50.
There are exactly two mage jobs and somehow conjurer is the third best.
I guess thaumaturge stole conjurer's effectiveness because thaumaturge is so awesome it's basically as effective as two jobs.

Seriously, why do I even bother with life? I really just wonder what it would be like if I didn't exist at times. Would my parents be happier? Would my siblings and friends be happier? There would be more food to go around, one less person to take care of.

And the part that slays me is I said I'd take the remaining jobs to rank 20 so that means I have such award winners as conjurer, fisher and marauder to level back to back.
Maybe marauder won't be so bad if I invest in an axe with more than 70 accuracy.
Oh now here's a cut that says "maybe not for the squeamish" and maybe finally something interesting.

My shunt disagrees with Oklahoma's recent weather. Each time a front moves in and brings along the ever-dreaded concoction called snow, I can feel the building pressure in my head, and the busted blood vessels in my eyes and the erratic throb of my heartbeat in my ears are testaments to it. Not to mention that I've had pressure headaches like woah recently. Dislike.

Cool.

All of this constant pressure-relief crap going on with my head has been making me sleep more than I should. It has also caused me to put off all of my homework because I cannot stand to read for long periods of time, even with my reading glasses.

Oh man I wish I had that excuse when I was in college.
"Can't read, head may explode."
Instead it was "this is shit, not reading."
Graduating with honors.

My eyes just ache, and if I concentrate too hard on anything in my field of vision, blood vessels pop. I mean, I can clear that shit up with eye drops, but that effing stings.

I'm sorry did you just say you have a fix but you don't want to use the fix because it stings a little bit?
What are you, six?
Also, even if I suffered the constant abuse of fixing my horribly bloody-looking eyes, I don't think it's good for me to be constantly using eye drops. I'm fairly certain there are warnings against that. D:

Better not check in case this excuse doesn't hold up.

Aside from that, the pressure in my head is causing my neck muscles to retaliate around the shunt tube, tensing and knotting up until I literally cannot bend my neck. Mom had to give me a forty-five minute neck rub the other day just so that I could move my head.

Hey I've offered to rule before and in my rule we'd have vastly superior technology than we do now (including medical technology) it's just most people are way too squeamish to handle the steps we'd have to take to get there.

That is some massive BS. I hate winter, and I hate this shunt, even though it's technically the thing that is keeping me alive.

Because my vast knowledge and apparent precognition includes medicine I'll explain.
I'm guessing she's describing a peritoneovenous shunt which drains peritoneal fluid into the veins.

Regardless, that shunt causes me all sorts of problems, and oh god, when my muscles lock up around the tube, I can feel it slide against them under my skin. I can handle the sensation of nails on a chalkboard with no problem, but this sensation is something else entirely. It's like...

It's like a really long tube in your body.

Well, imagine that someone has a long, thin plastic tube. Now imagine that said plastic tube has been inserted into your skull, just under your scalp; it leaves a large lump on your head, too.

As long as it's used to plug into a neural interface this really doesn't bother me.
Imagine that it runs underneath your scalp, just a few mere inches back behind your temple, winding its way down back behind your ear where it slinks just under the skin of your neck, and think about how it is forced down and wound through your ribcage, and then inserted into your stomach.

OH I'M GOOD.

Now, imagine that if you tilt your head to the left, you feel the tubing under the skin of your neck tighten before releasing enough that you can, in fact, complete that action.

Sounds like faulty bionics to me.
I realize this sounds super melodramatic, but I'm not exaggerating. I pride myself on my tolerance for pain; it is very high. I can put up a front all I want, but when I am alone, I can shake and shiver, bite my lip, and cry while holding a position to get that damned tubing to loosen or contract.

Admittedly I've never had a shunt before but I somehow imagine I'd handle it a lot better than you.
Also, I made a deviantART account earlier this week. I've only uploaded my current favorites from my stock of art, but I have several pictures in the works. Dissidia seems to be my new fandom of choice for the art realm; Onion Knight is a particular favorite, it seems. I think it's because I enjoy drawing his hair. >_>

>_>
<_<
FUCK.

At any rate, if anyone is interested in seeing my doodles, you can look through them here.

Bet they suck~
let's see.
Eeeeeeeeh.
Here's his (her, its, whatever) drawing of Terra Branford of Final Fantasy VI fame.

Same subject from someone with talent.

Incidentally, Terra features in my favorite painting of all time, also by the same artist.

Also, it is one of the few anime series I have ever watched that is not afraid to kill off characters. That is one of the few things that really irks me about a lot of the mecha series I try to watch; everyone miraculously survives horrible ordeals that should take out a normal human.

Apparently you've never seen Gundam.
Which is funny because you said earlier you were a fan.
Oh but you did only mention Gundam Wing and Gundam SEED which are for 14 year old girls.
What's the point of me going off to school when I'm not even sure I will have a home to come back to?

My dad is really sick. My mom is always crying. My sister is as crazy as a loon. My brother barely talks to us anymore.

My foot is asleep.
I'd feel sympathy or whatever but frankly we've had this entry five times now.

I'm just tired of life. I feel like I've reached a dead end. Even with a degree in English Education,

Well that's why you feel hopeless. You majored in English education.
What are you, stupid?

Science Fiction by Women are my favorite classes

Women I know of who write science fiction:
1.
I guess Ursula Le Guin?
So Ursula Le Guin and--
Uhh--

Christmas is about warm feelings and happiness, not anger and angst and retarded-ness.

I'll inform Livejournal immediately.
I've been trying so hard to find gifts that everyone will like, despite my lack of funding. I've been drawing and sketching and coloring to the point where I've gained blisters on my hands at times; I'm fretting over people's reactions to what I'm drawing them, which is inadequate at best for such wonderful people; and no matter how hard I try, I can't coax a single, truly happy smile out of any of my family members.

Sounds like everyone is dying or hideously twisted by the crude bionics we have in 2011 so I'm not sure there's much to be happy about.
I am really tired, and I want to quit reading Puritan literature and visit a dreamland far, far away for just a small while.

God I love Puritan literature. The first and only time in my American Lit class I knew what the fuck was happening.
My extensive history of Warhammer gave me sufficient background for SINNERS IN THE HAND OF AN ANGRY GOD.
Children's literature (seriously).
Why do people even bother to ask for advice--or ask to talk, for that matter--when they are fully aware that what I will say will make them unhappy.

I suppose I am too blunt about certain things, yes,

So while she (he?) goes off about dumb boring bullshit I had the extreme misfortune of watching the new Lady Gaga video yesterday and while it was assuredly bad I couldn't help but notice she dressed exactly like my FFXIV character.
I'm not sure what to do with this information currently besides the obvious "time for an armor upgrade".
I was going to include pictures for comparison's sake but I don't want to admit to watching that video more than once so deal with it.

but I hate when people throw themselves pity parties. I do it at times, too, but then I just want to smack myself upside the head when I realize it. I HATE people that will not do something about their sadness, and I HATE people that ask for advice then plug their ears to what is given.

One thing I know is that Zeus hates two things more than anything: hubris and hypocrisy.
So I think I've put it off long enough. Time to grind some conjurer and upgrade some armor.
Only three more ranks until R20.
Fuck.

Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memories

Today's Writer's Block is close to my heart because it is entitled "Stardust Memories" which is the subtitle of my second favorite of all time cartoon, Gundam 0083. Jesus Christ what a story. It's all about this young Federation pilot fresh out of the academy, Ensign Kou Uraki, and he wants to pilot the new prototype Gundam from Anaheim Electronics but it'll likely be left to one of the ace pilots from the One Year War, but then Anavel Gato, the Nightmare of Solomon steals the second Gundam and then--
Wait, no, this has nothing at all to do with today's blog. Indeed it has nothing to do even with the writer's block (disappointingly):

What is the your most cherished holiday memory from childhood, and why?

You tease me with Gundam-related question titles for this?
Oddly there's only one response to this question (presumably everyone else was as disappointed as I) but it says there are 544 answers so I think Livejournal is having a hiccup.
Anyway here we go. I knew we'd get to the blog eventually.
This blog is conveniently titled "My words and thoughts" which is helpful because I thought for sure this would be another person's words and thoughts.

Do you find the holiday season relaxing or stressful, and why?

Who even cares? Your problems are small and insignificant no matter how big they seem to you.
Both. Everyone seems to think that you have to eat like a pig.

... As opposed to the rest of the year where people are paragons of self-restraint, what?
I have ultra slow metabolism, if I even look at all that food I gain weight. But opening presents is fun, I hope they like what I got them.

I like that. The most stressful thing in your life is you can't eat.
Well, you could, you just have "an ultra slow metabolism" which if that were the case you'd eat and then not be hungry for hours upon hours.
I think the cat is eating more then I am. I'm fighting Cystitis and Tinea Cruris. Doesn't feel to bad in the morning but by late afternoon it starts to hurt. Still have several pills to take. I haven't done any exercising for three days. I think the only way this is going to clear up is to stop with working out for two weeks.

I HAVE SO MANY IDEAS AND THEY'RE GOING AT LIGHTSPEED AND I JUST CAN'T GET THEM OUT OF MY STUPID MOUTH!
I had a fun night last night. Went to the hospitals after hours care with a urinary track infection to go along with my jock itch.

Wow. This gives me a great idea for a Greater Daemon of Nurgle: Rotcrotch.
A giant rotting phallus that sprays disease and shit all over the fucking place.
Many a battle brother died felling the foul Rotcrotch, but praise be to Brother Captain Stern who managed to enter singles combat with Rotcrotch and banished it for 1,111 years and a day.
Man I'm really getting hit with a lot of advertising in my email and snail mail. I'm done with Christmas shopping, I don't need any last minute deals.

YOU HEAR ME, WORLD? HE (SHE?) DOESN'T NEED YOUR DEALS!
I don't want to sound like a broken record. Just got back from the doctor. I seem to be gaining about a pound a week.

That's because you're filling with corpse gases. You've been touched by the blessing of Nurgle and there's no hope now but a glorious death in combat or you become one of his fell spawn.
I've been eating good, healthy food, just to much of it. So I'm going to write down at the beginning of the day what I may have to eat and try to stick to just that.

Soon you won't need to eat at all and your brain will be inured to the pain and you'll just become this self-propagating disease machine.
I should cut my calories in half. I mean, apples are good for you, but I've been eating way to many, and so on.

Yeah, getting fat off apples. You're a filthy liar.
I hate this person.

Later: Did 12 easy miles on my spinning bike. Low tension, high cadence. Then lifted 10 pound dumbbells and did some pushups. That's it.

Well I'm not too familiar with the geneseed practices of the Death Guard but I have to assume they're like any other legion (prior to turning to Chaos of course) and you'd need a high carb, high calorie, high ceramic diet.
Although not really, Space Marines seem to have a peculiar metabolism--
Anyway I'm getting off topic.

Yup, cyber Monday. My sister-in-law emailed me wanted some suggestions on a gift to buy for me, so I gave her a couple of links. So she might be participating in cyber Monday.

Cyber Monday, baby. Where everyone pours into the sex chatrooms and has a giant e-orgy in an attempt to birth psychic carnal monstrosities-- man what's wrong with me today?

My fitness is gaining, i can do more push-ups and ride my bike longer and with more intensity then ever before, but get this: I'm gaining weight! Just doesn't make any sense.

OH MAN IT'S ALMOST LIKE MUSCLE MASS HAS, GET THIS, MASS!
Well I discovered something interesting. Couldn't figure out why my new army coat isn't keeping me to warm. Well the answer is it needs an inner liner!

Wow, the obvious strikes again.
Whoa just wandered off for five hours. That's how riveting this was I guess.
Uhh--
piss off.
